This song is about Japanese cannibal Issei Sagawa who's only dream was to eat flesh of a living beautiful girl. In the end he managed to eat a girl and got caught in USA. After the arrest he was deported back to Japan where he was freed from prosecutions only after few months. He became local celebrity.
