lyrics
At the edge of a building
You take a glance into the void
Feeling the urge to jump
To see what’s on the other side
But then it hits again
Survival instinct, coming from within
Telling it’s not yet
Your time to leave this world behind
Then it hits again
The will of life, avoiding suicide
Take the sign!
We shall perish later anyway!!
THIS IS CALL OF THE VOID!!
The call from the other side!!
THIS IS CALL OF THE VOID!!
The call beyond the grave!!
On a highway road
You can see the headlights of a car
During the darkest night
You want to drive to the light
But then it hits again
Survival instinct, coming from within
Telling it’s not yet
Your time to leave this world behind
Then it hits again
The will of life, avoiding suicide
Take the sign!
We’ll be buried later anyway!!
THIS IS CALL OF THE VOID!!
The call from the other side!!
THIS IS CALL OF THE VOID!!
The call beyond the grave!!

As far as Viking atmosphere goes in metal, I doubt there is a better band than Havamal.
Their name suits them.
The album keeps boosting the euphoria and ends off with one of the best tracks on it. Never lets go.
The only natural thing to do is to set it on LOOP and go through the adventure again.
Obligatory gym playlist material.

After hearing the Luciferian Age EP this album instantly became one of my most anticipated albums for 2022. And it did not disappoint. It was in my top 3 albums for 2022.
I love the atmosphere throughout the album. It's not a relentless beating all the way and 'This Night Seems Endless' with its slower tempo quickly became another favorite of mine. But what I love most from all of the songs has to be 'Draugr'. From the guitar solo in the middle all the way to the end is so beautiful! ❤️ killamot
Finnish death metallers leaven infernal dynamics with triumphant, infectious melodies, striking a compelling balance between grit and grace. Bandcamp New & Notable Oct 25, 2023

Parasite Inc. has a history of writing songs that get stuck in your head and this album continues that trend. I enjoy the added cleans and synth melodies because both mesh well with their writing style. 9RnK7
